The iReclaim App, developed with women and leading health professionals, is led by Dr Melanie Roussin and Jodie Koehler. Together, they guide women and folx through pelvic floor therapy, intimacy exercises, and mindfulness practices for strong intimate relationships. You'll also hear trusted advice from trauma-informed coaches and experienced clinicians, giving guidance rooted in science and real-world experience.
